Service Jobcard Settings

Gearbox Service Jobcards are highly configurable.  Settings may be adjusted in the system settings.

To change service Jobcard settings, click your user profile (1) on the right-hand side of the screen and click Settings (2):

On the left-hand side of the screen, scroll to the bottom (1) and click on Service Settings (2):

The following features can be displayed/hidden/adjusted by editing Service Settings in the Settings section:

Change the DISPLAY_SERVICE_ALIAS to FALSE to hide the Service Alias. “Oil & Filters” in the below example.

Change DISPLAY_SERVICE_TYPE to FALSE to hide the Service Letter. “B” in the above example.

To hide the display of selected parts, change DISPLAY_SERVICE_PARTS to FALSE

To adjust the number of blank rows for notes, edit the SERVICE_BLANK_LINES value. Set to 0 to hide altogether.

To adjust the number of rows for labour hours, edit the SERVICE_LABOUR_LINES value. Set to 0 to hide altogether.

To stop outstanding repairs from appearing on Service Jobcards, set SERVICE_OPEN_REPAIRS to FALSE.

Set SERVICE_OPEN_TYRES to FALSE to hide outstanding tyre jobs on Service Jobcards.

Adjust the number of blank rows to record extra parts by editing SERVICE_PARTS_BLANK. Set to 0 to hide.

Set SERVICE_TYREGRAM to FALSE to hide the tyre diagram.
