Repair Jobcard Settings

Gearbox Repair Jobcards are highly configurable.  Settings may be adjusted in the system settings.

Gearbox - Rep. Jobcard Settings - Step 1

The following features can be displayed/hidden/adjusted by editing Repair Settings in the Settings section:

Change the value for DISPLAY_REPAIR_PARTS to display (TRUE) or hide (FALSE) parts added on the Repairs screen for that specific repair.

Change the value for REPAIR_BLANK_LINES to display the number of blank lines required for notes. Set to 0 to hide altogether.

Change the value for REPAIR_PARTS_BLANK to display the number of blank lines required for notes. Set to 0 to hide altogether.

Change the value for REPAIR_LABOUR_LINES to display the number of blank lines required for recording labour times. Set to 0 to hide altogether.

Gearbox - Rep. Jobcard Settings - Step 2

The tyregram may also be displayed or hidden using TRUE or FALSE for REPAIR_TYREGRAM

Gearbox - Rep. Jobcard Settings - Step 3

Gearbox also allows the option for each feature to be repeated for each Repair Item on the Jobcard, or display only once at the end of the Jobcard. This can be particularly useful for the Tyregram – a useful feature, however it isn’t required to be repeated for every Repair Item.

The Example below uses the following settings: (click on the image to enlarge)

REPAIR_REPEAT_JOBCARD_SIGNOFF = FALSE (So it only appears once page 3)

REPAIR_REPEAT_LABOUR_LINES = FALSE (So it only appears once on page 3)

REPAIR_REPEAT_TYREGRAM = FALSE (So it only appears once on page 3)
