Purpose
The purpose of this knowledge base article is to guide you on how to activate and configure the Nextgen integration for your Gearbox system.
Pre-Requisites
In order for the Nexgen integration to function business emails must be enabled on your Gearbox system. If you do not have business emails configured please contact Support.
Instructions
- Navigate to Settings > Integrations > scroll down to Nextgen
- Configure the following:
- Tick Integrate Transtech
- Select a Gearbox user to receive import results
- Click Save
- At this point, you will need to configure in Nextgen the meter reading report to be sent to the email address supplied on the Nextgen integration page in Gearbox.
