Gearbox allows modification of the tax rate for international customers.
The following example demonstrates how to modify the Australian GST (10%) tax rate to 15% for New Zealand customers and 20% for UK customers.
To change this value, go to Settings and click on System Parameters
Type “Tax” into the search bar to view the following screen.
You can now click on the percentage value to change the amount and press enter.
This change is effective immediately, however, we recommend that users logout and back in again to ensure that the modified value is updated.
