This feature is only relevant to customers based in New Zealand.
Select Vehicles by either the sidebar (1) or via the Maintenance drop-down (2).
Select the relevant asset from the table to edit their RUC Expiry KMs.
Select the Information tab (1) and under the Registration (2) header enter the RUC Expiry KMs (3).
Save & Close the asset and from the ‘Current Assets’ view, select ‘Road User Charge’ (1):
From this view, you will see that the ‘RUC Expiry’ has been set and, if configured*, will display the ‘Remaining KMs’ before renewal is required:
